Buying or selling a home can be an elaborate, profoundly personal, and oftentimes daunting endeavor, and Simone believes he can provide the reliable, tailored service, attention and support a client deserves throughout this complex, yet rewarding process. Simone acknowledges the trust and value his clients place in him, striving to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. He earns the respect and loyalty of his clients by demonstrating the highest level of commitment and integrity while working resolutely on their behalf, always offering transparency and candidness in his advice. Born and raised in Italy, with a background in water polo as a competitive athlete, Simone expanded his career as a director of an aquatic facility, becoming coordinator of one of many recognized Italian Federal Swimming schools in the country (1500 people, over 700 children). He implemented regular swimming activities with innovative programs such as water therapy as pre and post traumatic rehabilitation, prenatal swimming and also co-founded and became president of the swimming, waterpolo and synchro youth teams. Simone discovered his passion for working with people during this time. His passion for traveling and other cultures brought him to Las Vegas, where he fell in love with the cultural melting pot and magical vacation vibe of this town. He subsequently moved to Las Vegas permanently in 2006. In 2010 Simone graduated in Hospitality Management with Honors, obtained his Real Estate license, and began working in both fields. He dedicated his time working with successful brokerage companies/teams that dealt mainly with buyers and foreign investors during a challenging Real Estate period. In 2013, he later transferred to other Real Estate companies that were working with distressed properties and focused their interest on foreclosures and short sales. He joined Team Granati in 2017 working alongside experienced Realtors, Barbara and Aaron Granati. Simone is a member of the Las Vegas Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Certified by NAR; in addition to English and Italian Simone is fluent in Spanish. Working in Hospitality and Real Estate, Simone has established a strong connection within the community, calling Las Vegas his second home. He is looking forward to expanding the Real Estate career at Forever Home Realty with Team Granati.
