Kathy was born in San Jose, California and moved frequently growing up. She’s lived in cities in California, New York, and even spent 5 years living in her motherland Vietnam before moving to Las Vegas in 2016. She understands how frustrating and hectic a move can be, so she’ll make your transition as smooth and effortless as possible. Growing up with entrepreneurs in her life, Kathy had a diverse background. From customer service at a nail salon, running and managing a restaurant, owning her small business, to starting her e-commerce company. Kathy is also great at multi-tasking and loves a challenge. She once took on 23 credits in college and finished that semester graduating with high honors. Kathy will balance aggressive strategies, her knowledge of the real estate market, and her negotiating expertise in finding your Las Vegas home.
